By accessing or using TrueLifeCare, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

What TrueLifeCare is — and isn't

TrueLifeCare offers faith-based resources, devotionals, a content library, and an AI Christian Counselor designed to encourage and point you toward Scripture and trusted help.

It is not professional, medical, psychological, or clinical care, and it is not a substitute for a licensed counselor, therapist, physician, or pastor. The AI Christian Counselor is a supportive guide, not a human professional.

TrueLifeCare is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis or danger, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.) or your local emergency number.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Much of the platform can also be used anonymously, without an account.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly. Individual access starts at $10/month; organization pricing is based on size.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Please use TrueLifeCare respectfully and lawfully. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or share your access in ways your plan doesn't allow.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and materials on TrueLifeCare are owned by TrueLife Ministries or its partners and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers

TrueLifeCare is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee particular outcomes, and nothing here should replace professional help when you need it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueLife Ministries is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
