Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Our commitment
TrueLifeCare, a platform of TrueLife Ministries, exists to help people find hope and healing. We take the privacy of that journey seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide, such as your name and email address.
- Usage information, such as the articles, videos, and devotionals you view, to personalize your experience.
- Payment information, which is handled securely by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers.
- You may also use much of TrueLifeCare anonymously, without creating an account.
How we use your information
- To provide and personalize the service, including the AI Christian Counselor and content library.
- To process subscriptions and communicate with you about your account.
- To send devotionals or updates — only if you've asked to receive them.
- To understand what's helping and improve our resources.
Your choices
You can browse anonymously, manage your notification preferences, update your details, or delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment processing), and only as needed.
When your access comes through a church, business, or counseling practice, those organizations see only anonymized, aggregate engagement — never what any individual read or searched.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We default to the most privacy-preserving options and don't use non-essential tracking without your consent.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Children
TrueLifeCare is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the date above and, when appropriate, notify you.
